The CPR + AED Course is half day (4 hours) and includes both theoretical and practical training sessions.

Participants should have at least ES WPLN Level 5 or equivalent. Pregnant individuals or those with certain medical conditions (e.g., heart or joint issues) should consult a doctor prior to enrolling.

The course includes both practical and written assessments. Participants must achieve 100% competency in both components to receive certification.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate in CPR + AED (Hands only) accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), valid for 2 years.
