1. What types of courses does Advance Safe offer?

Advance Safe offers a wide range of workplace safety and first aid training courses including Occupational First Aid, CPR + AED, Standard First Aid, Fire Safety & Fire Watch training, Traffic Control & Banksman safety, bizSAFE Level 2 risk management, power tool safety, and other workplace safety skills designed to meet regulatory and operational needs in Singapore.

2. Are your courses accredited or recognised in Singapore?

Yes. Many of our courses are accredited or recognised under relevant Singapore authorities such as the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), National Registry of Coaches (NROC), Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), and other workplace safety frameworks.

3. Who are your courses suitable for?

Our courses are suitable for employees, safety officers, supervisors, and individuals across industries who need workplace safety certifications, compliance training, or emergency response skills. Specific suitability can vary by course, check our individual course page for detailed guidance!

4. Where are your training locations?

Our training is at 21 Woodlands Close #06-44, Primz Bizhub, Singapore 737854. We do on-site training as well anywhere in Singapore! Please contact us for arrangements. 

Registration & Process

5. How do I register for a course?

You can register by clicking the “Register Interest” or “View Upcoming Course Dates” links on each course page, or contact us via the form, phone, or email.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and PayNow. Specific details will be provided upon registration.

7. Can I change my course date or transfer enrolment?

Yes, you can request course date changes or transfers before the course start date: 

• More than 14 days before course start date = No cancellation fees
• 14 to 7 days before course start date = 25% of full course fee
• Less than 7 days before course start date or No-Show = 100% of full course fee

Certification & Validity

8. How long are course certificates valid?

Certificate validity varies by course. For example, first aid certifications are generally valid for around two years, while some workplace safety certificates may vary by course. Please check individual course pages for exact validity periods.

9. Will I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes. Upon successful completion of most courses and assessments, you will receive a certificate of attainment specific to that training course.

Policies & Logistics

10. What should I bring on the day of training?

We recommend bringing a pen, and have your Singpass app ready for attendance taking. 

11. What happens if I can’t attend the course after paying?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Charges may apply depending on timing and course policies.

Regulatory & Compliance

12. Are workplace safety courses required by law in Singapore?

Certain training like Occupational First Aid and other workplace safety competencies are required to meet Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) obligations in Singapore, especially for organisations with staff coverage needs and compliance schedules.

13. Can my company use SkillsFuture credits or subsidies for training?

Subsidy eligibility depends on your course and profile (e.g. Singapore Citizens vs PR vs Work Pass holders). Eligible courses and subsidy options like SkillsFuture credits, Absentee Payroll or specific enterprise support schemes may apply. Check the course details or contact us to confirm.
